to pay by law. Your transplant social worker and insurance
specialist will assist you in exploring options and coverage.
Living donor expenses and all costs related to the transplant
surgery, the recipient’s insurance or Medicare covers
evaluation process, tests, hospitalization and follow-up.
Lost wages for time away from work and travel expenses are
not covered.
