Pharmacist
Independently, with discretion, accurately interprets physicians'
orders to insure quality cost-effective pharmaceutical care
for the patient. Provides medication therapy for patients
in all age groups.
Six year Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college
of pharmacy and current registered pharmacist license and
controlled substance license issued by the Michigan State
Board of Pharmacy.
