Human Resources - Manager, Benefits and Compensation
Responsible for managing compensation, benefits, Health
and Disability Management and Records programs. Responsible
for the selection of staff, education and development and
performance management. Manages the daily operations of the
function. Manages the development and maintenance of job descriptions,
job evaluation process, performance evaluations, pay increase
processes and annual review of market competitiveness of overall
compensation. Recommends strategies to offer best in class
and keep pay and benefits market competitive. Ensures data
in the computer system is accurate and employees are adequately
educated to produce reports and provide data. Manages the
health and disability function to meet compliance requirements
and supports the needs of staff who utilize the service.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources
or related field.
